Environmental Site Assessments & Investigations
We conduct assessments of properties to identify environmental liabilities and determine if past, present, or adjacent land uses have resulted in environmental degradation. We conduct environmental site assessments with a focus on redevelopment strategies with sound financial decisions for: purchase, sale, refinance, or improved value of commercial and industrial real estate.Following the initial assessment, identified contamination is defined and delineated with thorough Phase II ESAs or site investigations.
